Parfait Tic follows the story of Kameyama Fuuko, who's life takes a dramatic turn when she aquires two new neighbours - the Shinpo cousins Daiya and Ichi. The two boys couldn't be more different from each other, and Fuuko starts to fall for the playboy Daiya. Ichi, quiet as he is, develops feelings for Fuuko, and this sets us up nicely for the love triangle of the story.
